Where is your office 

SAC hair is an online only store. Our warehouse is in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. To streamline costs we do not maintain a physical office.

Do you sell Human hair extensions? 

Currently, we only have high quality synthetic braiding extensions.

Do you deliver to other locations outside of Port Harcourt? 

Yes, we deliver to all states in Nigeria and worldwide via DHL and GIG logistics.  


How long does delivery take? 

We currently ship with DHL and GIG Logistics for your satisfaction and ease, we deliver your order to your doorstep, no parks or pickup centers. The following states, countries and continents show the different delivery times. 


  • Delivery within Port Harcourt is within 24 hours.  
  • For other states within Nigeria, delivery is 3-5 working days with GIG Logistics and 1-2 days with DHL Express. 
  • For locations outside of Nigeria, delivery is 7-8 working days with DHL express. 


Do you allow pickups? 

Currently, we have pickup location only in Port Harcourt.

How do I know how much I need for any hairstyle? 

Each product have detailed product description detailing the type or material, what it can be used for and how much you need for a full head. You can also visit our Instagram page to get inspirations on different styles and how much you can use for each style.

How can I pay for my order? 

You can choose from the different payment methods available on our website. Please find below the list of available payment methods: 

  • Bank Transfer 
  • Credit/Debit card via Paystack or Flutterwave  

You will be required to select your preferred payment option at checkout. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service for more information. 


How do I pay via bank transfer? 

You will be required to select your preferred payment option at checkout. However, you are required to pay within 24 hours. If we receive no payment within that period, your order will automatically be cancelled on the website. 

 If you are paying from an account that bears a different name from the one you created while making an order. Kindly reply to the mail you received after your order was created with your payment details. Please see format below:

Why was my card declined? 

 If you experience trouble completing payment through debit/credit card, first thing to do is to make sure that your card is activated for online payments and that you have enough funds/limit to complete the transaction. Your bank can help you verify these details. Also ensure all your billing and shipping details  match your payment method. Also, verify your expiration date, your CCV code and that your card is activated. In some cases you may be required to provide additional information and/or fill out a credit card authorization form.  


Are my payment details secured on your website? 

Yes, SAC HAIR uses industry standard (256-bit SSL) or higher encryption for communications between your computer and our website. This means that your transaction details are encrypted and not stored on the website.
